  • Former Division 1 coaches, including head coaches, coordinators, and position specialists.

  • Alumni from Power 5 programs, ready to share their insider expertise.

  • Recruiting and position-specific specialists who navigate the path to success.

We are relentless in our commitment to developing the next generation of football talent.

The E3 - balance, accountability, discipline

To achieve the status of Elite, we stand firm on our three pillars – BALANCE, ACCOUNTABILITY, and DISCIPLINE.

Our logo embodies Erie Elite while prominently featuring the number “3,” symbolizing these essential pillars of our organization.

Without balance, accountability, or discipline, true ELITE status remains out of reach.

Balance: Our aim is to triumph on the field, excel in the classroom, uplift the community, and thrive at home – all of which hinge on achieving balance. Wherever you are, be present. You may excel in one area, but without balance, you will never attain elite status.

Accountability: Embracing accountability means owning up to your actions. Those who aspire to be elite must hold themselves accountable to their teammates, families, colleagues, and communities. It’s a core tenet of our organization, emphasizing the critical importance of responsibility in every facet of life.

Discipline: Discipline is defined by the strength to control emotions and conquer our weaknesses. It’s the determination to pursue what’s right even when nobody is watching. To reach elite status, mastering self-discipline is non-negotiable.
